MAKING OF A TABLE
Below is a step by step portfolio of making a small table. Bowes Woodworking uses no filler woods or plywood. All furniture is built with only hardwood, which will last over time. Every side is sanded many times at grit numbers 80, 120, 220 and 320. Linseed oil moisturizes the wood and polyurethane seals the wood to protect it and bring out the grains. In between each of the three coats of the seal, it is sanded again and again for a smooth buttery finish.
